DALLAS - New Dallas Cowboys wide receiver and his former coach Bill Parcells celebrated an emotional, tearful reunion at the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport this Friday. Head coach Parcells and the Cowboys finalized a trade this week that send receiver Joey Galloway to Tampa Bay in exchange for Johnson, who was coached by Parcells from 1997-1999 when both were with the New York Jets.

"I missed you so much, coach," Johnson repeatedly whispered in Parcells' ear as the two embraced tightly. "I never thought I'd see you again."

Together, Parcells and Johnson helped transform the Jets from a team that won only one game in Johnson's rookie season into a championship contender that came within one half of reaching the Super Bowl a mere two years later.

"When something like that happens," said Parcells, referring to his long, torturous separation from Johnson, "you just pray that someday, somehow, against all odds, you'll end up back together again." Parcells then asked for the crowd of observers and reporters in attendance for "a minute" before wiping his eyes with a tissue.

"I'm just glad I was able to bring this glorious day to fruition," said Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. "As great as Bill Parcells was with this team last year, bringing them back to the playoffs, you could tell his heart just wasn't 100 percent in it. He wasn't the same after he lost Keyshawn."

"Don't worry, coach," Johnson told Parcells as the two hugged yet again. "I'll never leave you. Not this time."
